Jimmy and his team showed up on time with a smile and did THE most complicated juggle in our house. We needed 2 very large couches brought down downstairs and we replaced them with 2 even larger ones that needed to be brought upstairs. … More I don't know how on earth they did the move as we have a very small and narrow 3 flight staircase. I actually can't believe they did! They made a complicated job seem easy and were the utmost professionals. Amazing! Our bed was delivered at 9am this morning and wouldn't fit up the stairs, and was told it needed to go up via the bedroom balcony. Jimmy is incredibly responsive, he’s … More flexible and he’s fair with pricing. These guys are hard workers, polite, punctual and trustworthy. They even helped me put my sofa together. They work quickly but very carefully and do not make excuses (very rare to find!) even when a task is really difficult - a very positive team delivering great results. It is so refreshing to see a removalist that is on time, careful, attentive and delivers on promises without compromise on quality of service.
He showed me the scratches of the previous removalist to ensure I knew exactly what was there before he moved the couch (which is actually good practice).
I recommend them for any moves, and wished that I did my whole move with them. -
